Position: HR & Admin Staff

Salary: Php15,000 – Php25,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Dayshift)
Work Set up: Work on site

Job Requirements:
✨ Bachelor’s Degree Holder
✨ At least 1 year of work experience in HR & Admin role
✨Experience working in manufacturing company
✨Experience processing PEZA and BOC
✨Amenable to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
✨ Ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws
✨Maintaining accurate employee data bases and proper records of employee attendance.
✨ Responsible for recruiting applicants.
✨Assisting HR manager in policy making, hiring and salary.
✨Responsible for coordinating orientation and training for the new employees of the company.
