JOB REQUIREMENT:
✨Bachelor's degree
✨At least 3 years of working experience in a Managerial or Leadership role.
✨With experience working in a BPO or IT Company is an advantage.
✨Can start working as soon as possible is an advantage
✨Candidates from Manila can also apply as long as open to relocate

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Manage, guide, and lead a team
✨Verify that every procedure complies with organizational standards and industry best practices.
✨Supervise the deployment of new applications, integrations, or system updates.
✨Determine any operational and financial risks related to the cycle and put risk-reduction plans in place.
✨Verify that all operations adhere to legal requirements, corporate standards, and financial laws.
✨Manage supplier connections, making sure service level agreements are fulfilled and contracts are efficiently maintained.
✨Create and maintain training courses to inform team members about modifications to software, procedures, and regulations.
