Position: Vendor Debits - Marketing Accounting

Location: McKinley Taguig
Salary Offer: Php 45,000 - Php 50,000
Work Schedule: Nighshift (9pm-6am)
Work Set Up: Work onsite

Job Requirements:
📢Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting.
📢At least 5-7 years of experience in Vendor Debits - Marketing Accounting.
📢At least 3 years leadership experience.
📢Amendable to attend online interview.
📢Amendable to work as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities:
📢Handle the processing of marketing vendor invoices, including ensuring all charges are accurate and align with purchase orders and contracts.
📢Reconcile vendor statements and accounts to identify and resolve any discrepancies, overpayments, or errors.
📢Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies promptly.
📢Act as a point of contact for vendors, answering inquiries and helping to maintain positive relationships.
