The well-known insurance organization that provides financial advice, insurance, and management solutions to individuals, groups, and even institutions on a global scale. Their goal is to globally upgrade the system while giving the transformation of the old a high priority.
Position: Director- Regulatory & Controls
Industry: Insurance company
Location: Quezon City
Salary: Php 60,000 – Php 100,000
Schedule: Midshift/ Nightsift
Work Set up: Hybrid Set up
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Compliance, Law or nay related course.
✅ With At least 10-12 year’s work experience in regulatory compliance, governance, auditing and risk management
✅ With certificate LLB, MBA, CISA, CIA, CAMS, CRCM, CBCP is a big advantage
✅ Knowledgeable with financial, banking or landscape industries
✅ With experience in data analysis, compliance control frameworks, and an understanding of global regulatory frameworks
✅ Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
✅ Leading the global coordination and execution of regulatory remediation
✅ Overseeing the development of Business Continuity Plans for regulatory functions, ensuring critical processes are identified and continuity strategies are robust.
✅ Tracking the implementation of quarterly controls
✅ Providing strategic direction and oversight for a high-performing team
✅ Ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives through effective issue management, policy influence, and stakeholder engagement.
