JOB DETAILS :
Client Profile: The company is part of a Japanese manufacturing group known for producing reliable home appliances. Its Philippine operations began in 2015 in Laguna, where it established a PEZA-accredited facility focused on assembling small household electrical products.
Position: HR Staff
Company Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Calamba, Laguna
Salary Offer: Php 20,000 - Php 25,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (7:00AM - 5:00 PM)
Work Set Up: Work onsite
Job Requirements:
🚩Bachelors Degree in any related course.
🚩With at least 6 months - 1 year of experience in PEZA Visa processing, Government benefits, Payroll and recruitment.
🚩Amendable to attend face to face interview.
🚩Amendable to work as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities:
🚩Coordinate with external medical providers and the company's HMO for more complex cases.
🚩Assess employee health status after sick leave and manage medical records confidentially.
🚩Maintain and update employee records and files.
🚩Orienting new hires and providing ongoing training and development opportunities to foster employee growth.
🚩Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, including personal information, performance reviews, and benefits enrollment.
