Job Requirements:
👌Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
👌2–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing setting
👌Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, QA methodologies, and process improvement
👌Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
👌Proficient in conducting process validations, capability studies, and problem-solving

Job Responsibilities:
👌Analyze and optimize new product manufacturing processes
👌Lead and implement process improvement strategies
👌Conduct process validations and PFMEA
👌Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement
👌Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company QA policies
