Position: Portuguese Payments Support Specialist (Voice Account)

RESPONSIBILITIES
✔️ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, SMS, and chat.
✔️ Handle routine calls and follow standard scripts
✔️ Assist customers with card activation, payments, and basic account updates.
✔️ Provide responses using client-provided GUI tools.
✔️ Accurately log and update customer details in CRM or client databases.
✔️ Follow decision trees to troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
✔️ Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.
✔️ Share important customer insights with service or technical teams.

QUALIFICATIONS
✔️ Filipino national proficient in the Portuguese language.
✔️ Foreign National who can speak Portuguese with a permanent visa in the Philippines.
✔️ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
✔️ Open to candidates with a high school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree.
✔️ Experience in customer service roles within a BPO or contact center is a plus but not required.
✔️ Knowledgeable in using CRM or ticketing systems to manage and resolve customer inquiries.
✔️ Available to work onsite at Quezon City.
✔️ Flexible and adaptable to working in shifting schedules.
