Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule (Dayshift & Midshift-Mall hours)
Salary: Php 40,000

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese applicants who can speak conversational Mandarin and effectively communicate with Chinese customers.
✅Can speak English and Tagalog.
✅Holds a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
✅Knowledgeable in luxury retail and sales techniques.
✅Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills.
✅Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
✅Shows excellent organizational abilities and a willingness to learn.
✅Proactive, motivated, and results-driven.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
✅Welcome all clients and provide exceptional service for every visit or inquiry.
✅Understand client needs, offer personalized recommendations, and introduce them to the brand.
✅Build and maintain strong client relationships while attracting new customers.
✅Manage the full sales process, ensuring a premium shopping experience.
✅Support store targets and service KPIs.
✅Record client information for CRM and follow-up activities.
✅Handle after-sales services, including repairs and customer updates.
✅Ensure store cleanliness and product displays meet brand standards.
✅Follow all sales, security, and operational procedures.
✅Participate in ongoing training to enhance product and brand knowledge.
