Position: Hokkien Property Sales Executive (Pioneer Position)
Industry: Global Realty Company
Location: Binondo, Manila
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (6 working days)
Salary: Php 30,000 + High Pay Commission
Work Set-up: Work On-site
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Can speak Hokkien or Fukien and English.
✅Open to Senior High School, Undergraduates, and Graduates in any courses.
✅Open to someone who has experience in Customer Service in any industry.
✅Having 1 year of experience in Sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
✅Hokkien/Fukien Property Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries about the unit.
✅Hokkien/Fukien Property Sales Executive is responsible for arranging and conducting site visits, showroom tours, and model unit presentations.
✅Guide clients through the sales process from initial inquiry to contract signing and closing.
✅Conduct client presentations to promote condominium projects and available units.
✅Understand clients' lifestyle preferences, budget, and requirements
✅Address inquiries related to pricing, payment terms, project timelines, and unit specifications.
