JOB DETAILS :
COMPANY PROFILE: Creative Company who is one of the leading European provider of online presence solutions, cloud hosting, and digital marketing services, empowering businesses to establish and grow their digital footprint.
✨Position: Graphic Designer
✨Company Industry: Creative / Digital Design Industry
✨Work Location: Cebu IT Park, Cebu City
✨Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
✨Salary: ₱30,000 – ₱40,000 gross
✨Work Set Up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
🎉Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital and web graphic design
🎉Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and Figma
🎉Strong portfolio demonstrating ads, web page visuals, and branding for multiple brands
🎉Experience with basic web animation tools (After Effects or Lottie)
🎉Familiarity with A/B testing, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
🎉Create high-impact static and animated ads tailored to various brands
🎉Design responsive web page elements, banners, and conversion-driven visuals
🎉Collaborate with UX, copywriting, and motion teams for cohesive campaigns
🎉Maintain brand consistency and develop reusable templates in Figma
🎉Optimize creatives across platforms (web, mobile, social) for performance and accessibility
