JOB DETAILS :
📌COMPANY PROFILE: This is a well-known Japanese Travel Services Firm. They have already been in the industry for over 45 years and counting. They have branches all over the world, and they opened a branch in the Philippines. They are looking for a Japanese Speaker who will handle inquiries from clients or customers related to travel.
🔹Position: Japanese General Travel Staff - CSR
🔹Company Industry: Japanese Travel Agency/Japanese Company
🔹Work Location: Makati City
🔹Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 35,000
🔹Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
🔹Work Set-up: Work Onsite (Hybrid Set-up upon regularization)
📌JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✔Can speak Japanese and English (Conversational English is okay)
✔At least N3 Level and above in Japanese
✔With working experiences using GDS - Global Distribution Systems (Amadeus, Opera, Sabre, Galileo, Worldspan, Travelport etc.) - 6 months and above
✔Experience in the Travel and Leisure Industry is a big plus
✔Having at least BPO/CSR experience is an advantage, but not required
✔Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or Equivalent Courses
✔Willing to work in Makati City
✔Willing to work in a Shifting Schedule
📌JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔Be able to communicate with client/s using Japanese language via emails, chat, and calls
Data encoding
✔Online Reservation Management
✔Process booking via email or call
✔Attend to customer’s requests and concerns via email or call
✔Monitor booking schedules
