Position: German Help Desk Support
Company Industry: IT Company
Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 75,000 (Negotiable)
Work Schedule: Nightshift
Work Set-up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✅ Filipino can speak, read, and write German language
✅ At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
✅ Knowledgeable in Computer application
✅ Computer and internet savvy
✅ Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
✅ Amenable to work Nightshift in Taguig City
✅ Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅ Responding to the concerns of the clients via phone call or email
✅ Managing, prioritizing, and documenting incoming questions and service desk tickets
✅ Attend to inquiries of customers regarding hardware or software problems of computer
✅ Handles and manages surveys in regards to resolving customer service problems
✅ Prioritizing and resolving IT concerns and escalating serious issues to relevant department
