JOB REQUIREMENTS:
🎁Filipino who speaks Japanese
🎁Filipino who is around N1 Level
🎁Japanese National with permanent visa
🎁No JLPT required (candidates who are not JLPT passers can apply)
🎁Can use Japanese and English at the same time
🎁Open for Graduates or Undergraduates
🎁Good understanding and email/chat etiquette
🎁With customer service experience is a great advantage
🎁Willing to work in Mandaluyong and can start asap
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
🎁Respond to customer’s inquiries and technical concerns through emails and chats using Japanese and English
🎁Assist customers' service concern through email or chat (e.g. playlist, features, troubleshooting and subscription inquiries)
🎁Assist customers in cancellation of premiums and in changing customer personal details
🎁Explain the difference of premium members from regular members
🎁Handle concerns of account users regarding paid accounts, payment issues
🎁Perform other related task needed
