Position: Mandarin Finance Supervisor
Company Industry: Famous Asian Restaurant
Work Location: Pasay City
Work Schedule: Flexible (1 day off will check to the external and head office schedule)
Salary: Negotiable
Work Set Up: Hybrid Set-up

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
✅Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
✅Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with hands-on experience in closing full sets of accounts; experience in the retail or catering industry is an advantage.
✅Certified Public Accountant.
✅Detail-oriented with strong numerical skills and analytical skills.
✅Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications and accounting system is a big plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✅Review daily journal entries, including cash flows, bank account adjustments, and general ledger postings.
✅Perform month-end account closing within stipulated deadlines.
✅Prepare and post journal entries and perform account reconciliations for month-end closing.
✅Analyze accounts and prepare monthly accounting and audit schedules.
✅Prepare monthly and year-end consolidated accounts and financial statements for Philippine retail shops.
✅Compile, prepare, and summarize data for statistical survey reporting.
