REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✨Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English.
✨Open to Foreign Nationals
✨Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration is preferred. A CPA certification is a strong advantage.
✨At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
✨Outstanding cross-level and cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, efficiently interacting with senior management, board of directors, and external professionals to establish and maintain long-term, stable collaborative relationships.
✨Strong organization and multitask ability, maintaining a high attention to detail to ensure an efficient completion of various complicated tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✨Oversee end-to-end planning and coordination of Shareholders’ Meetings, Board meetings, and committee sessions, ensuring standardized, efficient, and well-organized processes. ✨Serve as the primary contact for internal and external directors, facilitating smooth communication and timely information flow for informed decision-making.
✨ Lead statutory reporting, disclosure submissions, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness of materials.
✨Support advisory committee operations, track progress, consolidate meeting resolutions, and manage critical legal documents and document security.
✨Assist in post-investment management, equity transactions, and investment structure analysis, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and thorough evaluation of legal, tax, and governance impacts. ✨Maintain formal communications with shareholders, address inquiries, and prepare investment materials to convey company value and foster strong investor relationships.
