JOB DETAILS :
Company Profile: This company is a Technology-based express delivery company that uses advanced systems to improve the quality of service to clients and customers here in the Philippines and other countries around the globe.
Position: Mandarin Admin & Accounting
Company Industry: Biggest Logistics Company
Work Location: Laguna
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (8:30 am-5:30 pm) | Monday-Friday
Salary: Negotiable
Work Set Up: Work On-site
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
🛑Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin &
English.
🛑Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
🛑At least 2+ years of experience as an Admin Officer.
🛑Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
🛑Have a background in Finance and Accounting
🛑Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines efficiently, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
🛑Mandarin Admin Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining business calendars for projects, events, meetings, and operations.
🛑Track and audit all scheduling to ensure deadlines are met and resources are properly allocated.
🛑Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all documents.
🛑Translate and interpret documents, emails, and verbal communications between Mandarin and English.
🛑Serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and staff in Mandarin.
🛑Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents in Mandarin and English.
🛑Support the Warehouse operations and documents needed.
