Position: Mandarin Procurement Team Lead
Company Industry: Electronic Gaming Solutions & Technology
Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (Mon-Fri at 9 am to 6 pm)
Salary: Negotiable
Work Set-Up: Work on-site
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
🌼Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak Mandarin and English.
🌼Bachelor’s degree graduate in any course.
🌼Having previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain functions.
🌼Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet multiple deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
🌼Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in professional correspondence.
🌼Confident in interacting with a diverse range of individuals.
🌼Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy in all tasks.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
🌼Collaborate with requesters to understand their actual needs and requirements.
🌼Source suppliers and assist with supplier onboarding based on market values and requests; obtain quotations, evaluate vendors, and ensure the company secures the best pricing.
🌼Maintain accurate records and manage filing systems.
🌼Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
🌼Track tasks and follow up on action items.
🌼Support compliance-related activities and ensure adherence to company policies.
