Position: Japanese Source to Pay Specialist
Company Industry: Pharmaceutical Company
Work Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa
Work Schedule: Dayshift (8:00AM - 6:00PM)
Salary: Php 100,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set Up: Hybrid (2 times in a week)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
⚡️Filipinos who can speak Japanese
⚡️Has JLPT N1 or JLPT N2 proficiency skills
⚡️Excellent as well in English Language.
⚡️Can communicate confidently using Japanese and English Language.
⚡️Knowledgeable in procurement processes
⚡️Understanding/knowledge of end-to-end S2P processes.
⚡️Experience with SAP IT systems - weBuy (Ariba), SAP ERP preferred.
⚡️Must be computer literate.
⚡️Demonstrating good work ethics, excellent communication skills, and dynamic team player.
⚡️Willing to work in Alabang

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
⚡️Execute quality checks of requisitions and purchase order creation for both indirect and direct procurement based on defined standard processes and regulatory compliance regarding sourcing category and country-specific criteria.
⚡️Invoice checks related to purchase orders and execution of requested purchase order changes to ensure the smooth end-to-end process.
⚡️Incident handling via the MyServices ticketing tool.
⚡️Prepare and support performance metrics reports and presentations.
⚡️Assist in content training services for procurement process queries from internal business partners (e.g. Requester, Sourcing Manager) in line with S2P Standard Concepts/Processes.
⚡️Support and participate in the daily business implementation of new P2P concepts/releases (issue identification, feedback, usage of defined workarounds).
⚡️Will provide support not only for Japan but also for other English-speaking countries.
