Company Profile: A leading digital information and consulting services provider operating in more than 50 countries, supporting businesses with advanced technology solutions.
Position: Bahasa Malay Credit and Collections Analyst
Industry: BPO Company
Salary: Negotiable
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift, Weekends off
Work setup: Hybrid Setup
Requirements of the job:
📌Open for Malaysian National with permanent visa in the Philippines
📌Filipino proficient in speaking, reading and writing Malay Language
📌Must be Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or related courses
📌With at least 1 year working experience in Accounts Receivable
📌Proficient in MS Excel for reporting purposes
Responsibilities of the job:
📌Handle incoming phone calls to follow-up the appointment and deliveries to the vendors.
📌Provide translation support to documents from Malay to English and vice versa
📌Process daily accounts receivable transactions
📌Ensure accuracy and compliance of transactions and supporting documents
📌Follow up on unpaid invoices and send payment reminders as required
