They are looking for a Japanese SAP Consultant / Manager who can help design, set up, and improve SAP systems for Japanese business users.

- Position: Japanese SAP Finance Manager (Vertex / REFX / FICA)
- Company Industry: American Consultancy Firm
- Work Location: Taguig City
- Salary: Php 200,000 - Php 300,000 above (Open for Negotiation)
- Work Schedule: Dayshift
- Work Set-up: Work Onsite or Hybrid-Set-up (Upon negotiation)

💟JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Japanese Speakers
- Open to Filipino who speaks Japanese (conversational)
- Can speak Basic Japanese is also welcome to apply
- JLPT Certificate is not required, but it is a big advantage
- Open to Japanese National located outside the Philippines
- Conversational to Business in English for working with global teams
- Strong experience in SAP Finance (FI/S/4HANA)
- Hands-on experience with Vertex, REFX, and/or FICA
- Experience in SAP implementation or transformation projects
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Willing to relocate to the Philippines once hired
- Applicants located in Japan or in any location can apply

💟JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with Japanese business clients in using SAP to overcome Business challenges and understand business needs
- Lead and Support SAP Finance transformation projects, particularly in SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Configure and manage Vertex Tax, SAP REFX, and SAP FICA
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
- Ensure tax and accounting compliance
- Support testing, go-live, and post-implementation activities
- Communicate with stakeholders in Japanese and English
- Guide and support junior team members
