Company Profile: An international European contact center specializing in IT has expanded its presence in the Philippines. The company supports the most trusted Automotive solutions provider businesses in developing their digital vision and driving transformation initiatives that sustain industry growth. They are currently looking for Mandarin-speaking professionals to support their Mandarin team.

Position: Mandarin Help Desk Specialist (Car System Solutions Provider Account)

Work Set Up: On-site during probationary, Hybrid upon regularization

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
✅Open to undergraduates and degree holders of any courses.
✅Having experience in a Technical Help Desk is a big advantage.
✅Having experience in Customer Services with troubleshooting experience.
✅Knowledgeable in troubleshooting website accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
✅Provide technical and customer support to Mandarin-speaking clients regarding the automotive technology supplier’s website and online platforms.
✅Troubleshoot website-related concerns such as password reset, portal access issues, and system navigation errors.
✅Assist customers, distributors, and business partners with account creation, login concerns, and profile maintenance.
✅Support inquiries related to automotive products, system specifications, product availability, and online catalog navigation.
✅Guide users in accessing technical documents, manuals, software updates, and product registration through the website.
✅Handle order-related inquiries, including order placement, tracking, delivery status, and warranty or service requests.
✅Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and service requests in the ticketing system.
