JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✔️ Proficient in Spanish and English Language
✔️ Filipino or foreign National who has a permanent visa in the Philippines
✔️ Must have 1-year SPANISH BPO VOICE experience (REQUIRED)
✔️ Knowledgeable in Computer application
✔️ Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
✔️ Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
✔️ Willing to work onsite in Quezon City and must be amenable to start ASAP

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔️ Provide assistance to Spanish-speaking external users of the client’s technical products or services by addressing their questions and concerns.
✔️ Perform basic troubleshooting for customer issues related to hardware, software, networking, or other designated products.
✔️ Follow the appropriate escalation procedures to resolve technical issues, including making follow-up outbound calls to customers or other relevant parties when necessary.
✔️ Prepare complete and accurate reports on all issues received and handled.
✔️ Perform other related tasks as required.
