Position: Remote Deskside Support
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Taguig City
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: Php 35,000 - Php 45,000 gross
Work Set Up: Onsite

Job Requirements:
📌Bachelor's degree of Information Technology or any related field.
📌2–3 years of experience in Deskside Support or Remote Desk Support
📌Experience in a BPO organization or shared services environment preferred
📌Strong technical troubleshooting and end-user support skills
📌Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT support processes

Job Responsibilities:
✅Provide Level 2 technical support for end-users
✅Install and troubleshoot software, hardware, and operating systems (Windows, Microsoft Office, Android, Apple)
✅Handle tickets through multiple channels (calls, chats, emails, and remote support)
✅Apply networking fundamentals in diagnosing and resolving issues
✅Follow program processes, policies, and procedures while completing assigned and ad-hoc tasks
