JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor Degree Holder
✨ At least 5 to 7 years of experience as a Accounting manager role
✨ Willing to work in Dasmarinas Cavite
✨ Amendable work as soon as possible
✨ Amenable to attend face to face interview

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Lead end-to-end accounting operations, including financial reporting, compliance, and general ledger management to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
✨ Oversee costing and job costing processes, ensuring proper allocation of costs and providing insights to support pricing and profitability analysis.
✨ Establish, monitor, and strengthen internal controls and cash management processes to safeguard company assets and ensure financial stability.
✨ Deliver timely and accurate financial reports and analysis to support management decision-making and strategic planning.
✨ Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business growth.
