Position: Japanese Customer Service Representative

Work Arrangement: Shifting Schedule | Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✔️Open to Japanese Nationals and Filipino who can speak fluently in Japanese
✔️Open to N1 & N2 Passer or Level
✔️Preferably with minimum of 6 months experience as an Customer Service
✔️Must have quick problem-solving skills
✔️Must be a team player and possess excellent communication skills
✔️Possess a high level of motivation and willingness to learn
✔️Can work under pressure and must possess exceptional customer service skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔️Provide expert advice and guidance to customers from diverse backgrounds regarding tools, products, and platforms via phone, email, chat, and social media in both Japanese and English
✔️Strictly adhere to the company's internal regulations, organizational policies, and specific service work instructions and processes
✔️Consistently achieve and exceed individual and service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational success
✔️Proactively strive to develop and refine internal processes and service delivery to consistently enhance the Japanese customer experience
✔️Ensure a high-quality customer experience by professionally answering, escalating, and following up on all Japanese and English inquiries
