COMPANY PROFILE: A travel consultancy company that manages travel inquiries and flight reservations for some of the world’s largest airline companies. It works with leading international airlines to ensure passengers can book flights smoothly and conveniently. The firm also processes customer reservations made through social media, handling flight scheduling and booking confirmations directly via these platforms.
Position: Bahasa Indonesian Travel Specialist (Voice Support)
Industry: BPO Company
Salary: Php 83,000 Monthly
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Work schedule: Shifting schedule
Work set-up: Work onsite

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✨Filipino who can speak conversational to advanced in Indonesian language
✨With a work experience in Travel account is an advantage but not required
✨With 6 months to 1 year experience in BPO
✨Willing to undergo training about travel terms
✨High school or college graduates
✨Willing to do customer service to airline customers
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Handle customer concerns via phone, chat, or email support.
✨Monitor and reply to social media messages about flights, bookings, and baggage issues.
✨Address customer inquiries related to flight changes and rebooking requests.
✨Help passengers reschedule their flights to new dates.
✨Assist with redeeming miles for free flights and onboard perks.
✨Provide support for questions about cancellations, fares, rescheduling, and other travel-related concerns.
