Position: Spanish Customer Service Representative

Location: Onsite Set-Up (Makati City)
Salary: Php 55,000 - Php 60,000 (with 20% Night Differential)
Work Schedule: Shifting (Rotational Schedule)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✔️ Filipino national who can speak, read and write Spanish
✔️ Proficient in English language
✔️ At least a High School / Senior High School graduate
✔️ BPO experience is a plus but not required
✔️ Experience in handling Spanish bilingual accounts is an advantage
✔️ Willing to work onsite in Makati

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔️ Handle customer inquiries about insurance policies, claims, and coverage using Spanish language
✔️ Assist Spanish customers with filing claims and tracking status
✔️ Provide accurate product and policy information
✔️ Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
✔️ Record all interactions and updates in the system
✔️ Ensure compliance with company and insurance guidelines
