JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
✨Assist customers with order placement, account concerns, billing issues, and general support needs.
✨Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.
✨Record and update customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the system.
✨Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, logistics, technical) for escalated concerns.
