Position: Production Control Section Head
Company Industry: Manufacturing
Work Location: Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines
Work Schedule: Regular Shift (Weekends Off)
Salary: Php 25,000-Php 30,000
Work Set Up: On-site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
👉 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred)
👉 At least 3–5 years’ experience as a Production Head or Supervisor in manufacturing
👉 Strong leadership and team management skills
👉 Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
👉 Able to work with minimal supervision

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
👉 Lead and supervise production teams to meet output and quality targets
👉 Plan, monitor, and control production schedules to align with customer demand
👉 Resolve complex manufacturing process issues using advanced troubleshooting techniques
👉 Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements
👉 Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce waste
