Position: Mandarin Customer Relations Officer

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅ Proficient in Mandarin and English
✅ Open to graduates and undergraduates who have completed at least 2 years in college
✅ Customer service experience is an advantage but not required
✅ Experience in the electricity and gas industry is an advantage but not required
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
✅ Handle a high volume of sales calls and chat inquiries in a professional manner
✅ Assist customers via online channels and live chat support
✅ Maintain a positive, optimistic attitude, with strong work planning and self-management skills; able to work under pressure and comfortable with sales-related tasks
✅ Generate new accounts and contribute to customer acquisition efforts
✅ Meet individual and team sales targets, including call-handling quotas, through upselling strategies
✅ Effectively handle customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions within agreed timelines, and escalate issues when necessary
✅ Conduct cold calls and share product information with potential clients
