This consulting company is known to provide management consultancy to big and global companies around the world based in the Ph and in Japan. Most of the clients are Fortune 500 firms in the Japan market. They are looking for a Japanese SAP Consultant / Manager who can help design, set up, and improve SAP systems for Japanese business users.

Position: Japanese SAP Finance Manager (Vertex / REFX / FICA)
Company Industry: American Consultancy Firm
Work Location: Taguig City
Salary: Php 200,000 - Php 300,000 (Open for Negotiation)
Work Schedule: Dayshift
Work Set-up: Hybrid-Set-up (Upon negotiation)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➡️Japanese Speakers
➡️Open to Filipino who speaks Japanese (conversational)
➡️Can speak Basic Japanese is also welcome to apply
➡️JLPT Certificate is not required, but it is a big advantage
➡️Open to Japanese National located outside the Philippines
➡️Conversational to Business in English for working with global teams
➡️Strong experience in SAP Finance (FI/S/4HANA)
➡️Hands-on experience with Vertex, REFX, and/or FICA
➡️Experience in SAP implementation or transformation projects
➡️Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
➡️Willing to relocate to the Philippines once hired
➡️Applicants located in Japan or in any location can apply

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➡️Work with Japanese business clients in using SAP to overcome Business challenges and understand business needs
➡️Lead and Support SAP Finance transformation projects, particularly in SAP S/4HANA environments.
➡️Configure and manage Vertex Tax, SAP REFX, and SAP FICA
➡️Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
➡️Ensure tax and accounting compliance
➡️Support testing, go-live, and post-implementation activities
➡️Communicate with stakeholders in Japanese and English
➡️Guide and support junior team members
