Requirements of the job:
✔️Filipino who can speak conversational to advanced in Thai language
✔️Thai national with permanent visa
✔️With Airline experience is an advantage
✔️With 1 year experience in BPO
✔️Can speak English as well
✔️Willing to undergo training about travel terms
✔️High school or college graduates
✔️Willing to do customer service to airline customers

Duties and Responsibilities:
✔️Help customers in their concerns via call, chat or email
✔️Check the social media inquiries about flight, bookings and luggage concerns
✔️Answer inquiries of airline customers about flight reschedule and re-bookings
✔️Assist customer in re-booking the flight to another date
✔️Provide frequent flyers their mile points or rewards to redeem
✔️Convert miles to free flight and other benefits inside the aircraft
✔️Answer passengers about their cancellation inquiries, Rates, Reschedule and more
