The company supports consumer product businesses in developing their digital vision and driving transformation initiatives that contribute to sustained growth in the consumer goods industry. They are currently looking for Mandarin-speaking professionals to support their Mandarin team.

Position: Mandarin Marketing Project Delivery Manager
Industry: Multinational Consulting Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (9am-6pm | Monday-Friday)
Salary: Php 100,000-Php 115,000
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
✅Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
✅Open Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is required.
✅Having at least 10 years of experience in client services within an advertising agency.
✅Having a minimum of 5 years of experience working with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brands.
✅Having at least 5 years of experience in product innovation and marketing.
✅Having a minimum of 8 years in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering increasingly complex programs; experience in global program management leadership is highly desirable.
✅Having at least 5 years of experience managing direct reports, with strong leadership, mentoring, and talent development capabilities.
✅Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
✅Proven strong analytical capabilities are essential.
✅Highly collaborative, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
✅Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
✅Excellent technical and organizational skills, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
✅Charismatic and engaging personality, with the ability to motivate and energize both clients and internal teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
✅Direct and manage the workflow of artwork management projects for a major Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client.
✅Lead and supervise a large team of packaging artwork coordinators, driving seamless execution of deliverables and establishing consistent standards across global regions.
✅Oversee and coordinate a diverse portfolio of packaging artwork projects from design through print, ensuring high-quality outputs and on-time delivery across multiple time zones.
✅Act as the primary client-facing contact and escalation point, aligning cross-functional teams (Marketing, Design, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain) and external partners including agencies, printers, and suppliers.
✅Establish and enforce strong project governance by setting clear agendas, defining roles, and ensuring structured execution from initiation to completion.
✅Guide and mentor Artwork Planning Leads and Coordinators, driving effective vendor management, proactive risk mitigation, and streamlined feedback processes.
