Company Profile: This company is a Multi leading Manufacturing company of heavy equipment for electronics parts for Machines, Automotive and control equipment for industrial use. That provides satisfaction to its Customers and Clients.

Position: Brazilian Portuguese Helpdesk Support Specialist
Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Mandaluyong City
Salary: Up to PHP 80,000 gross
Schedule: Midshift to Nightshift options (Monday to Friday)
Work Set-up: Hybrid (2 days office, 3 days remote. Company laptop will be issued)

Requirements:
❍Proficient in Portuguese and English language both verbal and written
❍Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineer or any related degree
❍Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
❍Knowledgeable in Windows 10 basic troubleshooting, LANDesk / Ivanti IT systems management, Office 365 Administration, Active Directory Administration, Remote troubleshooting, Operation of ERP systems (Oracle, JDE, MS Dynamics, etc.), ServiceNow ITSM, Basic network troubleshooting, Citrix is a big advantage but not required
❍Open for someone without IT experience as long as willing to be train on Technical side as IT Service Desk/Helpdesk

Responsibilities:
❍Provides Support to the Service Desk Customers handling Phone and email requests.
❍Troubleshoot issues and concern receive from the Customer
❍Respond and address end user’s concerns related to IT and escalate as needed.
❍Provide excellent customer service at all times.
❍Assist Portuguese language training to team members when necessary
❍Document details of all calls, emails through creating/updating tickets in the ticketing system appropriately.
❍Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed.
