A well established design and manufacturing company in Japan, they have been serving the design industry for almost a decade.
Position: Japanese General Manager
Company Industry: Japanese manufacturing Firm
Work Location: Cavite, Philippines
Salary: P80,000 - P120,000 (Highly Negotiation)
Work Schedule: Dayshift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
Requirements:
☑️ A Japanese National who is willing to work in the Philippines.
☑️ Conversational English
☑️ Experiences in manufacturing activities (production, warehouse, inventory)
☑️ With work experience as a Manager or with leadership experience.
☑️ Must have management experience and knowledge in handling a team.
☑️ Bachelor degree graduate of any course but related courses such as Engineering is preferred
☑️ Willing to work in Cavite, Philippines
Key Responsibilities:
☑️ Manage the Japanese firm’s daily manufacturing activities, including production, warehousing, and inventory management
☑️ Over-all control with Japanese and Filipino Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Assistant Supervisors and workers
☑️ Implementing strategies to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
☑️ Hire and mentor Japanese and Filipino staffs
☑️ Enforcing company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
☑️ Represent the company in negotiations with Japanese suppliers, vendors, and clients.
