Job Requirements:
⚡Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred) or related discipline.
⚡At least 3–5 years of experience as a Production Head or Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
⚡Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
⚡Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
⚡Highly self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.

Job Responsibilities:
⚡Lead and oversee production teams to achieve output and quality objectives.
⚡Plan, monitor, and control production schedules in line with customer requirements.
⚡Address complex manufacturing issues using advanced troubleshooting methods.
⚡Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
⚡Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and minimize waste.
