JOB DETAILS :
Company Profile: This company has been operating in the Philippines for approximately 27 years and is recognized as the leading distributor of copying machines, telecopiers (fax machines), and comprehensive document solutions.
Position: Accounts Payable Staff
Salary: Php20,000 - Php 28,000 gross
Work Location: Cavite City
Company Industry: Distributor Company
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Dayshift)
Work Set Up: Hybrid Set Up (2 days Work From Home)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
📌Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
📌At least 1 year of Accounts Payable experience
📌Working experience in Japanese Company is an advantage
📌Can start as soon as possible
📌Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
📌Ensuring that supplier invoices for products received match purchase orders and receipt reports.
📌Arranging and starting payments via wire transfer, cheque, or Automated Clearing House while making sure that the terms of payment are followed and that payments are made on time
📌Resolving debit notes or returns, looking into inconsistencies, and balancing vendor statements with internal records
📌Working along with procurement to keep accurate inventory-related accounts and update the master vendor file
📌Creating AP aging reports, auditing payment documents, and helping with closure procedures
📌Making sure that firm rules, tax laws, and internal controls are followed
