Job Requirements:
📌At least High School Graduate
📌With 2 years Customer Care Experience or 6 months–1-year Technical Support experience
📌Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 85% accuracy (Voice)
📌Communicate well in English language

Job Responsibilities:
✅Provide technical support and assistance to clients/customers
✅ Handle troubleshooting and resolve IT-related concerns
✅ Deliver high-quality customer experience via voice support
✅ Document and escalate issues when necessary
✅ Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals
