Salary: Php 65,000 - 75,000

Job Requirements:
📌Bachelor’s in IT, CS, Engineering, or related; 5-8 years in IT infrastructure and service delivery.
📌Team leadership or shift/module lead experience.
📌Skilled in LAN/WAN, VOICE, servers, systems, cloud; hands-on Cisco (CCNA/CCNP).
📌Experienced in incident, problem, and change management; strong troubleshooting skills.
📌Strong communication, customer focus, and ability to work in high-availability environments.

Job Responsibilities:
✅Lead L2 service delivery and ensure timely resolution of incidents and escalations.
✅Manage incident, problem, and change processes to minimize service disruptions.
✅Maintain high availability, support service transitions, and drive improvements.
✅Oversee vendors, enforce IT policies, and ensure security and compliance.
✅Coach team members and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
