JOB REQUIREMENTS:
⭐Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
⭐Open to foreign nationals who require a working visa.
⭐Open to undergraduates and Bachelor’s Degree holders in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
⭐Having 5–10 years of solid experience in digital advertising or performance marketing, with a proven track record of delivering results.
⭐Hands-on in managing end-to-end campaigns, from planning and execution to optimization and reporting.
⭐Strong expertise in major advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, with the ability to drive performance and scale campaigns effectively.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
⭐Mandarin Social Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing influencer (KOL) partnerships targeting Mandarin-speaking markets, driving brand awareness, traffic, and conversions through strategic collaborations.
⭐Responsible for overseeing the content direction to ensure brand consistency and managing structured posting schedules to guarantee timely and strategic execution across platforms.
⭐Monitor and stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform algorithm updates, and emerging tools.
⭐Monitoring competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and performance improvement.
⭐Lead negotiations with KOLs, influencers, and partner agencies, covering contracts, rates, deliverables, and timelines.
⭐Responsible for coordinating and communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring clarity in expectations, smooth collaboration, and accurate translation of business requirements into actionable plans.
⭐Monitor, analyze, and evaluate campaign performance using relevant metrics and tools.
