Position: Japanese Procurement Analyst
Company: Real estate services and investment firm
Salary: Php 100,000 gross
Location: Makati
Work Arrangement: Work from Home (there will be 2-4 onsite reporting in a month depending on the business demand)
Working Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Requirements:
✅ Open for Filipino who can speak, read and write in Japanese Fluently
✅ Filipino who is JLPT N2 - N1 Passer or Non-Passer
✅ Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering equivalent or any degree with experience on the role is welcome to apply
✅ Open for Undergraduate and Graduates
✅ Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Procurement / Purchasing / Supply Chain Management
✅ Applicants who have experience working or Reside in Japan
✅ Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite Products especially in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Experience in PowerBI is preferred
✅ Experience in working with and managing e-procurement and contracts management platforms. ✅ Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
✅ Have Knowledge in Project Management is preferred

Job Responsibilities:
✅ Collaborate with the APAC Procurement as a Service team on additional procurement tasks.
✅ Establishes requirements for and ensures the integrity of centralized procurement database systems. Serves as key point of contact
✅ Coordinate and communicate with suppliers through letters, calls and webinars
✅ Implement process improvement within the company and cultivate solid working relationships with important external and internal partners.
✅ Organizes and implements Regional contracting and procurement strategies to increase operational efficiency and profitability
✅ Implement & manage relationships with regional suppliers and contractors and lead in contract negotiations.
✅ Manages the supplier vetting certification process including review of requisite experience, legal and organizational structure, financial viability, geographic coverage, insurance requirements and other capabilities.
✅ Works with Procurement Operations to ensure that all suppliers are onboarded for Accounts
