Position: Production Quality Supervisor

Salary: Php 30,000 ~ 40,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering course.
✨Extensive background in validation, quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and leadership.
✨Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
✨Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and MDSAP standards
✨Strong communication, documentation, and team management skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Lead and supervise validation engineers and staff performing process validation activities.
✨Plan, organize, and manage validation projects, including OQ and PQ tasks
✨Prepare, review, and approve validation protocols, reports, and related documentation to ensure compliance
✨Align QMS processes with ISO 13485 and MDSAP requirements
✨Monitor product registration status and oversee timely certification renewals
✨Develop and implement training programs to maintain staff competency and regulatory compliance
