Position: Korean Customer Success Specialist
Industry: Manufacturing - Retail Company
Salary: Php 100,000 Monthly
Location: Taguig City
Schedule: Morning Schedule | Weekends Off
Work setup: Work from Home Set up | Freelance Contract (3 months)

REQUIREMENTS:
✔️Korean nationals with a permanent visa in the Philippines and conversational English skills are encouraged to apply.
✔️Both undergraduate candidates and those with a Bachelor’s degree are welcome.
✔️Applicants should have at least 1 year of customer service experience. Background in handling e-commerce accounts is an advantage but not a requirement.
✔️Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and performance metrics is preferred.
✔️This is a freelance role on a 3-month contract.
✔️Candidates must be able to work independently and be available to start immediately.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔️Provide prompt and professional support to Korean clients through phone, email, and chat channels.
✔️Accurately understand customer concerns and deliver clear, effective solutions.
✔️Assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, billing, and other service-related concerns while adhering to company policies and procedures.
✔️Suggest premium options when appropriate and offer complementary items to enhance their overall shopping experience.
✔️Manage and maintain multiple e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth daily operations.
✔️Monitor and review customer feedback from various sources, including comments and suggestions.
✔️Identify recurring issues and trends, and recommend practical improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
✔️Share insights with the team to help improve overall customer experience.
