📍Position: Digital Advertising Manager

💰Salary: Php70,000-Php100,000
🏢Location: BGC Taguig
⏰Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
✨Work Setup: Work Onsite

Qualifications:
✨Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
✨Minimum 3–5 years of experience in media buying or performance marketing
✨Have hands-on experience in iGaming, sportsbook or online gaming campaigns
✨Has experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic buying
✨Experience managing high daily/monthly ad budgets

Responsibilities:
✨Plan, execute, and manage media buying campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube, and programmatic platforms
✨Allocate and manage advertising budgets to ensure efficient spending and maximize ROI
✨Monitor and optimize campaigns daily based on key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS)
✨Develop and implement user acquisition and retargeting strategies
✨Conduct A/B testing on creatives, target audiences, placements, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance
