🔍Japanese HR Admin Specialist - Work from home & Onsite
🔍Salary: P 100,000 -110,000 package

What are the requirements for this role?
🔍Open to both Filipino and Japanese nationals.
🔍Open to Japanese Nationals willing to work in Taguig, Philippines.
🔍Open to N1 passers or candidate with near native fluency
🔍Born and raised in Japan (is an advantage) or having culture is a big advantage
🔍Who speak Japanese and English
🔍Must be near native or business level of Japanese
🔍Degree holder of any course
🔍Ability to plan, strategize and prioritize workload
🔍Having HR shared services experience is an advantage but open to consider non-shared services as long as the HR background is good.
🔍Can use the initiative while working on the management’s given instruction
🔍Maintain good working relationship with employees
🔍Proficiency with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and case management/ticketing software (e.g., Oracle Cloud, ServiceNow, Workday, ADP, etc.) is advantageous.
🔍Familiarity with multiple functional areas of HR (e.g., payroll, benefits, talent acquisition).

What does an HR admin do?
🔍Ensure accuracy of employee details, job title, job level and more
🔍Responsible on data keeping and collection, update of Japanese employees
🔍Update Japanese employee records on HR file on timely manner when needed
🔍Participate in meeting to improve employee performance and workload management
🔍Identify company issues that can be resolved by HR team
🔍Improve HR processes that will benefit the internal employees
🔍Keep the confidentiality of the employee information and profile, background
🔍Manage HR documents like onboarding guidelines and training schedules
