JOB REQUIREMENTS:
⭐Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in both Mandarin and English.
⭐Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field of study.
⭐Having experience in data management, SMO governance, or procurement systems.
⭐Knowledgeable in Oracle master data management is a big advantage.
⭐Knowledgeable in Oracle Cloud applications and Microsoft 365, along with advanced Excel skills (including analytics and macros), BI tools, and workflow automation.
⭐Having experience to lead data projects, resolve complex issues, deliver KPI reports and dashboards, and conduct thorough data audits.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
⭐Mandarin Data Management is responsible for managing and maintaining supplier master data and vendor records accurately within the company systems.
⭐Review, validate, and process supplier onboarding documents and vendor information.
⭐Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders regarding requirements, updates, and compliance concerns.
⭐Assist in implementing process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational enhancements within Supplier Master operations.
⭐Translate or facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking suppliers and global teams.
⭐Ensure supplier records comply with company policies, procurement standards, financial controls, and regulatory requirements.
⭐Analyze supplier data to identify discrepancies, duplicate records, and process improvement opportunities.
⭐Support supplier lifecycle management, including onboarding, updates, deactivation, and audits.
⭐Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Compliance, Accounts Payable, and Operations teams to resolve supplier-related issues.
⭐Conduct data quality checks and maintain the integrity of supplier databases.
