Position: Korean Customer Success Specialist
Industry: Manufacturing - Retail Company
Salary: Php 100,000 MAX
Location: Taguig City
Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Weekends Off
Work setup: Hybrid Setup (3 days onsite, 2 days work from home)
Requirements of the job:
✔️ Korean National with permanent Visa in the PH
✔️ Conversational in English can apply
✔️ Undergraduate or Bachelor degree of any courses
✔️ With 1 year experience in Customer Service.
✔️ Experience handling E-commerce accounts is an ADVANTAGE but not required.
✔️ Knowledgeable on using CRM and ticketing tools and other performance metrics.
✔️ Amenable to work in 3 months contract
✔️ Willing to work in Taguig 3x a week.
Duties of Korean Customer Success Specialist:
✔️ Handle customer satisfaction of Korean CS team from Korean e-commerce site
✔️ Analyze customer feedback, Customer concerns, Customer issues and consolidate to create Customer service approach that will enhance customer satisfaction
✔️ Become the POC of all customer service touch point and build strong relationship with Korean stakeholders
✔️ Become the POC of all the issues and concerns of the Korean Team
✔️ Collect reports and performance progress from Korean CS team and analyze the performance to under what improvements are needed
✔️ Improve customer service team in Korean by creating and developing new systems
✔️ Attend meeting with Stakeholders and focus on how to improve customer service teams
