They build high rise buildings and manufacturing firms. Known to massive tunnels, earthquake resistant buildings and large-scale overseas operations. They are builders of the biggest manufacturing firms and buildings in Calabarzon areas.

Position: Japanese Sales Specialist
Salary: P 100,000 to P 140,000 (Negotiable)

Schedule: 5 days a week (8am to 5pm)

Requirements:
• Must be Japanese National
• First language is Japanese, 2nd is English
• Age is 45 years old below
• Open to any gender (male or female)
• Can work in Japanese Company located in the Philippines
• Can speak Conversational English language
• Degree holder or 4 year course graduate is a must
• Candidate must be willing to work as Sales
• Can work in Makati who can visit clients for Sales Meetings

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attend meetings with Japanese Managers and owners for their construction needs
- Propose company services and write quotations for reference
- Discuss the agreement, rates and highlight company’s strong points
- Handle Sales proposals, negotiation of contracts and preparation of bids
- Talk with Japanese clients and ensure their needs for constructions is understood
- Conduct office visits to set appointment with Japanese Heads
- Keep track of ongoing and upcoming construction projects
- Maintain long-term partnerships with Japanese companies
- Explain to clients the timelines, payment terms and quality of service
