Requirements:
⭐Indonesian National proficient in English with permanent visa
⭐Filipino National can speak, read and write Indo language

⭐With customer service experience is a great advantage but not required
⭐Willing to work in Mandaluyong and can start asap

Responsibilities:
⭐Respond to customer’s inquiries and technical concerns through emails and chats
⭐Assist customers' service concern through email or chat (e.g. playlist, features, troubleshooting and subscription inquiries)
⭐Assist customers in cancellation of premiums and in changing customer personal details
⭐Handle concerns of account users regarding paid accounts, payment issues
