📌Position: Construction Division Manager
📌Industry: Construction Company
📌Location: Makati City
📌Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
📌Salary: Php60,000 - Php 110,000 gross
📌Work Setup: Onsite

Job Requirements:
🎉Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is an advantage
🎉 Must be a Registered Professional, preferably a Licensed Electrical Engineer
🎉Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory, managerial, or leadership capacity
🎉Demonstrated experience overseeing large-scale commercial, industrial/manufacturing, and infrastructure projects
🎉 Willing to work onsite in Makati City

Job Responsibilities:
🎉 Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives that support the company’s vision and business goals
🎉Evaluate and approve project schedules, workforce plans, and resource deployment strategies
🎉 Ensure the effective and efficient utilization of manpower, equipment, materials, and other project resources
🎉Conduct regular audits, site inspections, and performance assessments to ensure compliance with quality and operational standards
🎉 Lead contract discussions, manage change orders, and oversee claims and negotiations with clients, contractors, and subcontractors
🎉 Monitor project progress and address potential risks to ensure timely and successful project completion
